WHAT ARE THE DIPLOMA / DEGREE COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS: 

To achieve a Diploma / Diploma, the student must complete all courses required for the particular diploma or degree toward which he or she is working. There are no prerequisites for any of the coursed unless otherwise

 noted. 

WHAT ARE THE COURSE COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS FOR ON CAMPUS STUDENTS?

Each student is allowed up to 3 absences (unexcused or excused). More than 3 absences will prevent the student from receiving completion units for the course. Any "extenuating" circumstances will be taken under review by the Director.

Each student is required to complete any and all homework, reports or other assignments administered during

the course.  Failing to do so will result in a lower final grade or a possible "incomplete" for the course.

Each student is required to achieve a passing grade of 70% on each course's final exam or to complete in an acceptable manner the course’s Final Review Assignment (certain courses when applicable).

WHAT IS THE GRADING SYSTEM?

95-100       = A+    =                  4.00 GPA

90-94         = A       =                 3.50 GPA

85-89         = B+    =                   3.00 GPA

80-84         = B      =                   2.50 GPA

75-79         = C+    =                   2.00 GPA

70-74         = C      =                   1.50 GPA

69% and below is not considered a passing grade. 

WHAT IS THE HISTORY MAKERS SCHOOL OF MINISTRY'S ACCREDITATION AFFILIATION

·         Florida Department of Education Commission for Independent Education Religious School Exemption status

CAN I RECEIVE "LIFE EXPERIENCE" CREDIT?

Units/Credits may be given, and/or some courses may be waived, based on the “Life Experience” that the student has had or ministries in which he or she has been involved.  Anyone who desires to receive credits based on their life experience will be asked to fill out a “resume” and questionnaire provided by the History 

Makers School of Ministry.  We may also ask for letters and/or transcripts from organizations, ministries, and/or schools to  substantiate these life experiences. These units will be given as per review by the Word of Life Ministries Apostolic Council and evaluated on an individual basis.     ARE THERE ANY PRE-REQUISITES OR AGE REQUIREMENTS? - 

There are no pre-requisites for taking any of the courses. For the Internship Program there is a minimum 

age of 17.

Does completion of a Degree or Diploma automatically give me Ordination or Ministerial Licenses?

No.  We recognize that there must be a true call of God in a person's life, evidenced by the manifestation of spiritual fruit.  Ministerial Licenses and Ordination Certificates will be made available to those who desire
